Datacom partners with organizations and communities across Australia and New Zealand to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives and help businesses leverage the power of technology to innovate and grow.
About the Role (Your Why)
As a Pega Consultant, you will be a trusted advisor and lead the implementation of Pega solutions for our clients. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to translate business requirements into effective Pega solutions. You’ll work closely with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to design, configure, and deliver Pega-based applications that drive operational efficiency and improve business outcomes.
You’ll have the opportunity to lead workshops, gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of Pega applications. This is a great opportunity to apply your experience in Business Process Management (BPM) and Case Management while continuing to grow in a collaborative and supportive environment.
We have offices in Wellington, Auckland, Christchurch, Dunedin, Hamilton, Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, and Sydney. While we appreciate the value of in-person collaboration, we understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible working arrangements based on your needs and the team’s goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the design and configuration of Pega BPM/Case Management applications for multiple clients.
  • Collaborating with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Implementing Pega solution configurations, including rule design, case types, and integrations.
  • Providing ongoing support, issue resolution, and optimization recommendations post-implementation.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert in Pega, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
You will work with a diverse range of clients across different industries, helping them drive transformation by implementing and optimizing Pega solutions.
