Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Pega Platform - Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Be part of the Application Maintenance Support Team.
- Perform application testing and closure of application defects
- Provide production support to users, handle user queries and resolve production issues.
- Provide resolution / workaround to issues and problems reported.
- Liaising with external systems in resolving production issues when necessary.
- Ensure all assigned deliverables are completed on time and to the required level of quality.
- Ensure service level agreements are met and escalate whenever required.
- Implement enhancement based on requirements specified in Change Requests
REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST have skillset: Pega, Java, Postgres / SQL
- Build Management (P2 - Intermediate)
- Design & Build Enablement (P2 - Intermediate)
