What role will you play?
As an Engineering Manager specialising in the Pega platform, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of our Pega-based products and platforms. You will lead the hiring, retention, and development of an engineering team to ensure they can meet the business needs while working seamlessly within our system architecture. Your role involves mentoring engineers, tackling technical challenges, and providing leadership on complex technology issues. You will manage a team of 20-40 Software Engineers across 2-4 teams, focusing on delivering high-quality solutions efficiently.

What you offer

  • 10+ years’ of experience in developing and managing large-scale technical platforms, including significant experience with the Pega platform
  • Proven track record in leading and mentoring engineering teams (such as LSA’s, LBA’s, SSA’s, SBA’s)
  • Demonstrated ability to define architectural guidelines, best practices, and lead technical guilds and forums
  • Experience in providing design recommendations that maximise out-of-the-box functionality and reusability across platforms
  • Strong collaboration skills, with a history of working closely with stakeholders to align business requirements with software solutions
  • Ownership of delivering change from inception to production, with a focus on Pega best practices and architecture
  • Strong hands-on technical background with a computer science education or equivalent experience
  • Solid understanding of AWS or GCP is advantageous.
