This role is ideal for individuals who have an existing background in Java and are looking to transition their skills into Pega development.
In this position, you will leverage your Java experience in the Pega environment, focusing on designing and implementing Pega applications, creating workflows, and integrating with other systems. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality solutions for our clients by converting existing Java-based applications into Pega applications.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in Java development.
• Prefered Knowledge in PEGA or strong willingness to learn Pega technologies
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Knowledge in integration technologies and APIs is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Develop Pega applications based on business requirements.
• Convert and optimize existing Java applications into Pega solutions.
• Design and implement workflows, user interfaces, and data models in the Pega platform.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct unit testing and ensure the quality of the developed applications.
• Integrate Pega applications with existing systems and databases.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Stay up-to-date with Pega best practices and new features.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Pega applications.
