JOB DESCRIPTION

• As a Pega Build Lead, you will be involved in the design, build, and configuration of applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• You will also manage a team of developers, ensuring that coding standards are met through code reviews and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and configure applications using the Pega platform to meet business process and application requirements.
• Lead and manage a team of 5-10 developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide guidance and mentorship to the development team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and deliverables are on schedule.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in leading a team of developers, specifically in Pega projects.
• Pega CSA/CSSA certification
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholder
