Job title: Pega Lead System Architect (LSA)
We are seeking a Pega Lead System Architect for a future role to design and architect complex, high-performance solutions on the Pega Platform. Responsibilities include leading the development and integration of Pega BPM applications, implementing RPA solutions, and optimizing system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect complex, high-performance solutions on the Pega Platform and Pega PRPC to meet business requirements.
  • Lead the development and integration of Pega BPM applications, ensuring solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Configure and manage Pega Integration components and Pega APIs to enable seamless data flow between Pega and external systems.
  • Implement and manage Pega RPA solutions to streamline workflows and automate repetitive processes for increased efficiency.
  • Oversee Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) in Pega, ensuring proper version control, testing, and deployment across environments.
  • Lead and implement performance tuning and optimization strategies to enhance the performance and responsiveness of Pega applications.
  • Drive Pega DevOps initiatives to improve automation in development, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Manage and monitor PegaRULES and assist in troubleshooting complex issues, ensuring a high standard of quality and reliability.
  • Apply best practices in PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC) development, promoting a clean, reusable, and scalable architecture.
  • Ensure compliance with Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA) and Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (CPDC) guidelines and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business requirements with technical design and oversee project milestones and deliverables.
  • Mentor junior developers and architects, providing guidance on Pega best practices and technical standards.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, document solution design, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Required skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) with extensive knowledge of Pega Platform, Pega PRPC, and PegaRULES.
  • Strong expertise in Pega Integration, Pega API, and Pega RPA for efficient system integration and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Pega BPM and Pega DevOps tools and processes for streamlined development and deployment.
  • Proficiency in performance tuning and optimization to ensure high-quality, responsive applications.
  • Pega certifications, including Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA), Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant (CPDC), and Certified System Architect (CCA).
  • Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) in Pega and version control best practices.
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent [with Part-time and Fixed-term options available].
