PENSION ADMINISTRATION QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST
Are you an actuarial analyst in pension plan administration who also has strong analytical and computer skills? Do you enjoy testing the tools beyond the typical cases, to look at the most unlikely scenarios? Are you looking to take part in long-term projects for leading Canadian plans? Then Aon has the opportunity you have been looking for!
Aon is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst for our implementation team within pension administration. The team works closely with internal teams to implement and support solutions for our clients.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Montreal or Toronto offices.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada. This role is not eligible for sponsorship, and we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa or work permit.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WILL LEAD TO SUCCESS
The Quality Assurance Analyst is a detailed self-starter.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, math, or equivalent work experience in an analytical area
- Pension work experience with Defined Benefit plans
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word)
- Investigate and fix system errors and issues
- Ability to interpret and understand requirements documentation
- Keen attention to detail
- French / English bilingualism required due to frequent interactions with clients, colleagues, or partners based in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and/or internationally
