• Participate in the monthly pension accounting closing process which may include performance of system-related activities and controls utilizing SAP.
• Responsible for preparing pension and postretirement accounting journal entries and analyses.
• Responsible for consolidated pension and postretirement reporting.
• Responsible for performance and documentation of various internal controls. Assist in controls testing to comply with Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
• Partner with other corporate functions, such as Tax, Treasury, HR and LEX. Assist with special projects as needed.
• Prepare documentation and financial statements for employee benefit plan audits.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Communicate with stakeholders by solving issues, providing guidance, and promoting a customer-oriented culture.
