JOB PURPOSE

The role of People Administrator is really important to us. You will be responsible for facilitating the people management within the business area that you are aligned to.
Building relationships with staff across the business is also an important part of this role, ensuring you understand the importance of providing accurate, timely and informative people administration to the business in all aspects of the employee life cycle. In addition, you will provide effective solutions and improvements to ways of working to the benefit of the team and our customers.
You will work close with the People Business Partner responsible for Germany to deliver on key people tasks such as preparing offer letters and contracts, HR documents such as employment certificates, liaising with payroll, supporting probation and performance management processes, updating our people system with accurate information. Furthermore, there are opportunities to get involved in projects that support our mission to our people at Radius.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES DAY TO DAY WILL BE…

  • Provide excellent quality administrative support to the areas you support and your People Business Partner.
  • Solving problems as they arise, in coordination with your People Business Partner.
  • Acting as a point of contact for staff who have queries and questions.
  • Supporting all aspects of the employee life cycle; preparing new contracts of employment, onboarding data to the People system, supporting attendance management matters, preparing references, supporting training and so on.
  • Supporting the People Business Partner with any delegated activities including business initiatives and organisation wide projects.
