Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
You will love variety in your work because no two days will be the same! Day by day you will screen and interview job candidates, process applications and issue employment agreements. You will organise and complete inductions with new team members and ensure relevant paperwork is completed. You will compile and enter fortnightly payroll data and liaise with Managers or staff where required. This is a key support role to our leadership team and an opportunity to really make a difference.
KEY DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Screen candidates, process applications and conduct interviews
- Arrange pre-employment checks and issue employment agreements
- Induct new employees and ensure appropriate records are kept
- Maintain accurate and up to date personnel records and training matrix
- Review and process payroll information fortnightly
- Liaise with temporary staffing agencies
- Responsible for PPE equipment, including ordering of PPE
