Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a People Advisor, you will provide crucial HR support across the People Partnering and Operations teams. Your role will involve offering expert advice, handling complex employee relations cases, and contributing to HR projects that enhance our organisational effectiveness and employee experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide professional HR advice and support to managers and staff on a range of issues including employee relations, performance management, absence management, and policy interpretation.
Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects in alignment with the strategic goals of the NHS Trust.
Assist in the development and delivery of training sessions and workshops on HR policies and practices.
Conduct investigations and manage disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring compliance with NHS policies and employment law.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices within the Operations team.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.
Provide support and guidance on organisational change initiatives, including restructures and redeployments.
Promote a positive work environment and support employee well-being initiatives.
