We’re searching for a dynamic People Advisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our entire workforce.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW AS OUR PEOPLE ADVISOR:

• At least 3 years’ proven experience within a transferable HR/People role.
• A CIPD qualification, level 3 or above.
• Experience of using HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• Sound knowledge of Employment Law
• A tactical understanding and application of employment best practices.
• An understanding of data protection and GDPR requirements when handling sensitive personal data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (including Excel and PowerPoint).

• You’ll bag a fantastic base salary of £40-45,000
