EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • At least 6 months of experience in recruitment-related roles; internships are acceptable.
  • Interest or experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, training and development, and employer branding.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (higher level is a must since you will need to interview in English).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Goal-oriented and proactive mindset.
  • Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite (including advanced use of Google Sheets).

Responsibilities:

WHAT THIS ROLE IS ABOUT

As a People Analyst, you will support our People team across various HR functions with a focus on Talent Acquisition, Culture, Training & Development, and Employer Branding. You will assist in the recruitment process from defining job profiles to onboarding new hires. Working closely with team leaders, you will help identify staffing needs and gain insights into current job market trends—such as talent availability, salary benchmarks, and in-demand skills—to effectively attract suitable candidates. You will utilize diverse channels and tools to attract and identify candidates who align with our talent needs. Additionally, you will support initiatives to promote our company culture, measure employee engagement, and assist in designing and executing training programs to develop our team’s competencies, productivity and performance. Your role will also contribute to employer branding strategies, internal communications, and wellness programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
