Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Data Science, Psychology, or related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to a non-technical audience.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous internship or coursework in HR analytics, data analysis, or related field.
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as HRIS or ATS.
  • Depth of knowledge in a specific aspect of People Analytics, e.g., workforce planning, talent acquisition analytics, or inclusion and diversity.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Visier, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR team members to identify key metrics and data points for analysis related to employee performance, engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various HR systems and sources to generate insights and trends that help drive decision-making.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to visualize data findings for HR leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in the creation of surveys and assessments to gather employee feedback and opinions.
  • Conduct research on industry best practices and trends in people analytics to continuously improve our processes and strategies.
  • Participate in meetings and presentations to share findings and recommendations with the HR team and other departments.
  • May assist in projects related to workforce planning, M&A, promotion analytics, etc.
