Description:

Job Profile Summary:
To lead on People Analytics and Reporting delivery, providing insightful People analytics that underpins and informs People Strategy, Business Strategy and Operational and Risk management.

Responsibilities:

  • Inform proposed business solutions & manage ongoing business operations through the provision of insightful People analytics and reporting
  • Implement, maintain and drive data governance across People Function teams
  • Identify and present strategically useful MI
  • Manage the People Analytics dashboard (available to whole firm)
  • Develop innovative ways to explain data trends, create engaging interpretable visual data aids
  • Capable of answering People related data queries to business units and People colleagues
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of People analytics
  • Through understanding of analytical techniques, People data sources and technological tools enhance data literacy of the People Function
  • Ensure timely delivery and continued improvement of People dashboards
  • Lead the embedding of People analytics to drive evidence-based and proactive decision making
  • Drive utilisation of reporting and provide guidance on what reporting should be incorporated into our core People offering
  • Responsibility for key data audits
  • Provide business with People related REP & DDQ responses

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Solid experience in supporting / delivering People technology solutions. Workday experience highly desirable
  • A passion for data analysis & presentation
  • In-depth People analytics experience
  • Experience working with multiple People teams (and associated systems) including Recruitment, Performance, Learning, DE&I etc.
  • Advanced expertise in MS Excel (specifically ‘vlookups’, pivot tables, ‘if’ formulas etc.)
  • Experience dealing with large sets of data and being able to manipulate this into meaningful outputs
  • Critical thinker with attention to detail
  • Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude expressed with clear, concise written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Excellent ability to interact & communicate at all levels
  • Understanding of data protection regulations e.g. GDPR
  • Maturity in dealing with confidential data including compensation
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Ability to effectively manage own workload
  • Excellent communicator - good written and oral communications skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
