Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the People and Culture Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the People and Culture team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support for recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Assisting with employee records management and maintaining data accuracy.
  • Coordinating training sessions, meetings, and team events.
  • Assisting with compliance requirements, including policies and procedures.
  • Responding to employee inquiries and providing exceptional customer focused service.
