YMCA of Southwestern Ontario was founded in 1856 and has over 200 locations from Goderich to Point Pelee, and Windsor to Woodstock. We are one of the largest not-for-profit providers of licensed child care in Canada and have over 100 school age programs across our regions. We also offer settlement services to newcomers, employment programs, mental health support, and youth programs. YMCA of Southwestern Ontario operates two overnight camps, one in Point Pelee National Park, and one on Beausoleil Island in Muskoka. We also have 15 Health & Fitness branches across Southwestern Ontario.

Position: People and Culture Support Partner
Locations: London/Hybrid
Reporting to: Regional Manager of People and Culture
Start Date: ASAP
Compensation: $60,000-75,000 annually
EDUCATION AND SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management
- 3-5 years HR Generalist experience preferred
- Ability to use sound judgement while dealing with sensitive and confidential matters
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor while managing stressful work demands
- Excellent employee relations skills developed through previous interactions with employees at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in MS Office applications is required; experience with HRIS and payroll applications is an asset
- Ability to travel throughout the Southwestern Ontario region
- Must have own reliable vehicle and maintain a valid driver’s license.

- Provide advice, counsel and support to leaders to effectively coach and develop employees to maintain our highly engaged workforce
