Description:

Are you passionate about all things admin, thrive working in an international organization, and an efficiency expert? We are looking for a proactive People & Culture Coordinator with exceptional attention to detail, who loves creating order and getting things done at speed. Working in a dynamic international setting, this role requires a solid understanding of Danish labor law and experience and/or interest in labor law across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Mastery: Take charge of core People & Culture administrative tasks, including managing employee records, updating databases, preparing documentation, and ensuring all People & Culture files are accurate and up-to-date.
  • People & Culture Processes & Compliance: Handle People & Culture processes, ensuring compliance with Danish labor laws and supporting the company’s audit requirements within People & Culture.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures, creating smooth transitions and positive experiences for employees joining or leaving the company.
  • People & Culture Helpdesk: Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries, providing swift and helpful support on various People & Culture-related topics.
  • Cross-Border People & Culture Support: Collaborate with People & Culture teams in other countries, ensuring alignment and assisting with local compliance, reporting, and regulatory requirements.
  • Employer of Record coordination: Collaborate and be main point of contact with our Employer of Record in locations where we do not have our own legal entity.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Assist in compiling and generating People & Culture reports, providing insights and data to support decision-making.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in People & Culture administration or a similar role, ideally within an international setting.
  • Strong understanding of Danish labor laws and it would be beneficial with experience navigating European employment regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multitask and work at high speed without compromising accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in additional EU languages considered a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (we use BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about creating order in a fast-paced environment.

If you’re an administrative expert with a passion for People & Culture, structure, and efficiency, we’d love to hear from you!
