Description:

The Tuxera People and Culture team is looking for an energetic individual to join our growing team. As a scale-up company, we are seeking someone who can help take us to the next level. Tuxera has payroll partners in seven countries across three continents, and we are expanding. With a sales presence in over ten countries, we need someone to take charge of our payroll operations, unify processes, and create streamlined compensation models across the company. This role will involve close collaboration with business and sales leaders to ensure we’re ready for our next big leap.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience managing payroll partners across multiple countries and continents, with the ability to handle global operations seamlessly
  • Strong skills in creating, optimising, and unifying operational processes for growing companies, ensuring streamlined operations across diverse teams and regions.
  • A minimum of five years of experience designing, developing, and managing sales compensation models, including creating scalable compensation structures, improving them based on business needs, and developing accurate reporting systems to track their effectiveness. This also involves collaborating closely with multiple stakeholders.
  • Creating company-wide bonus models and being part of the team executing LTI (Long-Term Incentive) programs.
  • Comfortable working in an international environment, with experience collaborating across different countries, cultures, and sometimes different time zones.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, capable of managing complex projects and navigating challenges effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for clear and effective interaction with teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growing company, with the ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and scale up operations.

GENERAL P&C REQUIREMENTS:

  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
  • Experienced in resolving employee relations issues.
  • Well-versed in P&C practices and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate delivery of salaries, bonuses, and benefits across Europe.
  • Assist the VP of Sales in managing compensation models and coordinating related meetings.
  • Upgrade the payroll system for automation and efficiency, supporting company growth to the next level.
  • Keep payroll records current and ensure all documents are complete and accurate.
  • Work with finance and HR to check payroll data, correcting any errors.
  • Produce detailed payroll reports, including information on taxes, benefits, and transactions.
  • Ensure payroll operations comply with all governmental regulations.
  • Help develop and improve methods for collecting and analyzing payroll data.
  • Support projects such as payroll integration after mergers or acquisitions.
  • Guide employees and managers on payroll-related questions and issues.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in payroll legislation.
  • Serve as Project Manager for Directive (EU) 2023/970 and lead Salary Transparency Process Development.
