Job Brief
We are looking for a People and Culture Manager, responsible for planning and managing our People and Culture function, including employee career development, HR administration, people relations, employee benefits, as well as policies. You create a great working environment for our technologists to strive in.
Tasks

Responsibilities

  • Align, assist, and collaborate with top management to shape the company culture through employee programs, activities, and policy: People Development, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefit, Employee Retention, Employee relations
  • Responsible for employee administration processes for our 30+ colleagues, including creating and overseeing the employment agreement and yearly 360 feedback sessions
  • Oversees and ensures the office day-to-day operations, including payroll and taxation
  • Ensure the onboarding and offboarding process goes smoothly
  • Build relationships with all team members to ensure employee satisfaction level
  • Maintain and improve our office environment (at Noble House in Mega Kuningan) to create a welcome professional home

Requirements

Key Skills

  • Min. 3 yrs of experience in Human Resources
  • Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills and great teamwork
  • Strong sense of ownership and adaptability
  • Understand about the employment law and regulations in Indonesia
