Job Description
The People and Culture Manager will play a pivotal role in bringing Mondrian Gold Coast to life by attracting, nurturing, and retaining exceptional talent. This role is designed for an agent of change with expertise in HR processes, employee engagement, learning and development, performance and talent management. Your ability to challenge the status quo will be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence.
Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, you will align our People and Culture strategies with the resort’s overarching goals. Serving as a strategic partner to the Departmental Leaders, you will represent the voice of our employees, ensuring their needs and aspirations are at the forefront of our people agenda.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Educated to bachelor’s degree level or beyond, most likely within a business or human resources management related discipline, or experience equivalent.
  • Prior experience as a Department Head in a large, fast paced organisation.
  • Ideally CIPD/AHRI qualified.
  • 3 years prior experience in People and Culture in a similar property ideally in a managerial or senior role.
  • Must be a highly capable user of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Previous working experience in a truly global work environment is essential.
  • Must have valid Australian Working Rights.
