As an experienced People and Culture leader across both strategic and operational delivery, you will be passionate about delivering best-in-class, innovative strategies that support to solve complex business challenges.

NGĀ MAHI | DO

Lead with Purpose: Provide values-based leadership, ensuring the wellbeing, productivity, performance, growth, and development of our kaimahi.
Drive Excellence: Oversee core functions such as employment and industrial relations, remuneration, kaimahi experience, recruitment, performance, organisational development
Strategic Guidance: Work collaboratively within the PC team to advise on workforce planning, forming trusted relationships, within the team and our diverse group of internal and external stakeholders addressing key issues and opportunities.
Develop Frameworks: Lead the creation and implementation of PC frameworks, policies, and standards, and offer insights and guidance to managers on their application.
Champion Continuous Improvement: Drive PC strategy initiatives and workplan deliverables, leveraging insights to foster learning and growth.
Ensure Alignment: Collaborate with other PC leads to ensure cohesive and aligned delivery of PC services.

We are seeking experienced leaders with postgraduate level qualification in Human Resources or equivalent experience with proven hands-on leadership, strong ER skills to guide and advise the team and operational expertise to develop and implement PC frameworks, policies, and standards. Utilise your broad People and Culture experience that informs best practise and process improvement across the employment life cycle and within a complex and changing environment.
