  The People and Culture Officer will champion the implementation and integration of a contemporary human resource system that provides for the collation of HR metrics, training and development information and staff evaluations.
  You will provide advice and practical support to management and staff in relation to EBA interpretation, conditions of employment, pay and general HR issues.
  This role will also coordinate the recruitment, on-boarding and training and development of staff, as well as provide backup to the payroll function and be the main point of contact on all HR related matters in the absence of the Manager.
