  • Coordinate the delivery of effective end-to-end internal and external recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with organisational policy.
  • Support managers, ensuring best practice recruitment, interview, contract management and employee onboarding processes and requirements.
  • Facilitate and deliver on regular P&C activities such as coordinating and delivering the organisations regular corporate induction program and other ad hoc projects
  • Provide administrative support to the People and Culture team in the delivery of organisational Human Resources activities in the areas of policy and procedure development, employee relations, work health and safety, workforce strategy, organisational design, talent management, and organisational culture

We are looking for a passionate individual with a desire to make a difference. The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a high-volume administrative support role.
  • Experience or exposure in providing recruitment and Human Resources administration support, with previous experience with ELMO or similar HRIS systems an advantage.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people and provide relevant and accurate information to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and prioritise issues, problem solve, generate solutions and work collaboratively to achieve a successful outcome.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Ability to use technology to effectively undertake a wide range of administrative functions including the use of databases.
