Overview:
Talent Pool - Administrative & Clerical
The People and Culture Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and management of initiatives that enhance the employee experience and foster a positive organizational culture. Working closely with the People and Culture leadership team to ensure that these programs align with the company’s values and strategic goals. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 1st shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the development and execution of people and culture programs
  • Coordinates program logistics, including scheduling, communication, and resource allocation
  • Supports the planning and execution of professional development programs, including training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs.
  • Monitors and track program participation and outcomes, providing regular updates to the People and Culture team.
  • Collaborates with various departments to ensure alignment and integration of people and culture programs
  • Prepares reports and presentations on program outcomes and impact
  • Optimizes the use of technology to streamline and enhance HR processes and programs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION:

Required: Associates Degree
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree

EXPERIENCE:

Required: 3 years of related experience
