The Chain Reaction team is EXPANDING, and we have an exciting opportunity for you to work with an award-winning agency! We are currently looking for a People and Culture Specialist to join our Dubai office and manage local, regional, and international client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment: Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Learning & Development: Coordinate training programs and development initiatives.
  • Visa and Insurance: Manage employee visa processing and insurance administration.
  • Employee Grievances: Address and resolve employee grievances and concerns.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Ensure a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.

REQUIREMENTS

1-3 years of experience in a People and Culture generalist role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, L&D, and employee relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Certificate in People and Culture is a plus
