ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for someone with real world experience, who has had the opportunity to take on HR responsibilities and tasks regardless of their formal education. Have you had to hire people? Have you developed robust performance systems, and helped with all aspects of HR? You could be exactly who we are looking for!
While we believe that an HR education is valuable, we also believe that learning in real world situations is a wonderful teacher. We encourage anyone who has entrepreneurial experience, management experience, HR experience, or really any other relevant experience to apply with a resume and cover letter letting us know why you’d be a great fit for our team. Want to stand out? Be creative with your application!
