Description:

Now is a great time to join the People Business Partnering team at The Princess Alexandra Hospital, this role provides an you with opportunity to be involved and support the administration and coordination of transformational projects across the organisation. You will be responsible for providing a range of administrative and business support services to the Strategic People Business Partnering team, in particular to the workstream lead for trust wide transformation projects.
To support the Strategic People BP and Workstream leads with Workforce planning with key admin tasks associated with Trust wide projects such as the Pathology transformation project.
To coordinate and collate data relating to transformation projects.
To be the first point of contact for all enquiries coming into the People Business Partnering Team from internal and external stakeholders.
To organise hearings / appeals, contacting panel members along with management and staff side representative to agree a mutually convenient date and time for the hearing. This will include booking rooms, issuing calendar invites, preparing and distributing packs to hearing panel members.
Manage the administration of maintaining a database of HR related matters
To be Responsible for the coordination of the organisation job evaluation process. This will involve reviewing job descriptions and matching request forms to make sure they are in the agreed format, logging data into the database, allocating panel members and liaising with them to ensure their availability to attend, scheduling meetings and making sure rooms are booked accordingly. Feeding back to managers the outcomes of job matching panels.
