Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As the People Partner for Argentina, you will be the key HR representative for our team in the region, responsible for driving employee engagement, supporting managers, and ensuring alignment with our global people strategy. You will collaborate closely with regional leadership and the broader People team to deliver tailored HR solutions that meet the unique needs of our Argentina office.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers in the Argentina office.
  • Partner with managers to address employee relations issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Support the implementation of global HR initiatives, adapting them to meet local needs and legal requirements.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention efforts by developing and executing local initiatives.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires in Argentina, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
  • Provide guidance on local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices.
  • Assist in workforce planning and talent management, including succession planning and career development.
  • Monitor and report on key HR metrics, providing insights to regional and global leadership.
  • Support the delivery of training and development programs as needed, in collaboration with the global People team.
