We seek a dynamic People Business Partner with a strong focus on Learning and Development (L&D) to join our People & Culture team. This role offers a blend of day-to-day People business partnering and ownership of key learning and development initiatives globally.
You will be part of an ambitious global P&C team divided between Kathmandu and Copenhagen. We are dedicated to creating a culture of belonging and a healthy organizational that delivers amazing business results.

Your day to day:
You’ll have ownership over:

People Specific:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on handling employee relations issues and career development conversations.
  • Plan, organize, and facilitate productive meetings, workshops, and team sessions
  • Lead and manage the rollout of annual People & Culture activities, such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, and talent assessments.

    Learning and Development:

  • Work together with the P&C team to build our capability strategy and develop initiatives

  • Co-create and implement a career framework that outlines clear growth paths
  • Orchestrate workshops and learning sessions

Your professional toolbox:

  • 5+ years of experience as a People Business Partner or similar HR role
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing learning and development programs.
  • Experience working with career frameworks and how to couple them with performance and development processes
  • Knowledge of modern learning tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to work both strategically and operationally, with a strong focus on employee experience.
