This is a key role supporting our Ireland business in addition to teams in our global functions such as, Technology, Data Operations and Finance. In this role, you will be a leading member of the Ireland People Team and Global Business Partner team responsible for driving all people initiatives. You will utilise your excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills to support employee engagement and manage change, helping our organization retain motivated teams of employees. You will enjoy a varied role and a wide range of interactions. You will get exposure to many different aspects of the business and will have the opportunity to work on and help influence local and global People Team projects.
