Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As a People Business Partner, you will collaborate across the People Team functions and embed yourself within business units to provide tailored support. You will support and advise on a range of people related topics, enhance the strategic role of the People Team through data-driven insights and continuous improvement, ultimately driving Rightmove success by aligning with business objectives. Ensuring that the People Team is proactive, responsive, and integral to the Rightmove’s growth and development.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights and guidance on HR-related matters to align with business objectives.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts, ensuring a fair and consistent approach, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Provide guidance and manage HR matters such as disciplinary, grievance and appeal procedures
  • Guide managers through the performance process, providing coaching and support to ensure meaningful and productive conversations.
  • Analyse data and trends to provide actionable insights. Prepare and present reports on people metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.
  • Support change management initiatives for restructures and future needs.
  • Own and drive projects in response to business need and moving the team forward.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven track record in a People Business Partner role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish.
  • Demonstrable experience of complex employee relations case management
  • Well-developed analytical skills, using data to drive decision making and the ability to bring structure and clarity.
  • Deep strength in stakeholder management, building positive and collaborative relationships at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
