REQUIREMENTS
- An experienced people professional (we don’t need you to be CIPD, we are more interested in your skills and experience)
- An influential and confident person with a genuine passion for the area
- Someone keen to make a significant impact in a firm with a track record of enhancing people’s careers.
- We don’t need you to have worked in a law firm before, but you ideally will have professional services experience
Responsibilities:
- Build effective partnerships with leaders across the firm, supporting them to drive performance and engagement in their teams
- Coach and develop our people managers, helping them to develop and lead their teams
- Be a highly visible and trusted people expert to all colleagues across the firm
- Support on M&A activity, including TUPE to ensure successful colleague integrations
- Analyse people metrics to identify trends and make data led decisions
- Lead and support on any ER - Proactively keep up to date with employment law changes, offering exceptional advice to the teams and ensuring all the firm people policies are accurate and up to date
- Collaborate with the wider people team to drive ongoing enhancement of our people offering
