SUBFAMILY DESCRIPTION

Service Delivery (SDL) contains the managing of operation of service delivery to employees and managers and the monitoring of service delivery operations, technology, transaction processes, and call centre efficiency. Also comprises the establishment of standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions, and administration of human resource programmes.
Europe People Care is looking for a People Care Partner to join our team. This position will give you exposure to working within HR at a large global organization.
As People Care Partner you are supporting Employees and Line Managers in different tool, process and policy related questions as well as in different operational and transactional issues.

As part of our team, you will e.g.:

  • Supporting Employees and Line Managers in all operational and transactional issues
  • Supporting Employees with different People process, tool and policy related questions
  • Benefits administration and other HR administrative tasks
  • Preparing different HR documentation
  • Arranging trainings and info sessions
  • Participating in different projects

Skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent;
  • Experience in HR related administrative work and document preparation;
  • Experience in HR related work;
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written;
  • Strong ability to adapt to change and be an active change management supporter;
  • Oral and written fluency in English is a must but we also value fluency in other languages;
  • You enjoy working as part of a team and have an innate ability to manage and prioritize competing demands;
  • You are accurate, have a service-minded attitude and the ability to work independently;
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discretely is essential;
  • You have excellent computer/MS office skills (incl. Excel) and feel comfortable working with different tools;
