Starting base salary $48,500 - $58,500*

The People Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of the People and Culture (P&C) team. They offer first-level support to the wider 360insights team via the People Inbox and ensure a seamless service while maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Support team members general P&C queries via the People Inbox, escalating where appropriate
  • Maintain and update the HRIS (UKG) and employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Manage the employee benefits administration – including assisting with enquiries and coordinating enrolments, terminations and updates
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring all required documentation and access is accurately completed and filed
  • Prepare employment documents, status change forms, letters and workforce reports as required

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THIS ROLE:

  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role - experience working in P&C (Human Resources) would be advantageous but is not a necessity
