Responsibilities:
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the People Partnering team in all aspects of the administration related to the colleague life cycle.
- Manage all documentation from hiring to retiring.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and internal policies.
- Manage incoming invoices, registering and tracking them in the system.
- Hold responsibility for segregating, scanning, and indexing the inputs by creating the right work queue for the teams to ensure they are processed within the agreed business SLAs.
- Ensure all documents received from the People Team are printed and dispatched to the appropriate recipients.
- Keep records of documents and maintain complete and up-to-date databases.
- Create regular and ad-hoc reports from different systems.
YOU WILL BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:
- University education
- 3-4 years experience in relevant field
- Native Hungarian language knowledge
- Upper-intermediate English knowledge
- Experience of using MS Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
- Experience in managing data – capturing, collating, reporting, and presenting.
