PEOPLE & CULTURE ADMINISTRATOR

Publicis Groupe is seeking an entry-level People & Culture Administrator looking for an opportunity to kickstart their professional HR career in the media and advertising industry.
This is an entry-level role perfect for someone who’s looking to get exposure to all elements of HR as part of a growing and faced-paced team!

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

  • A keen interest in working and growing your career in People & Culture
  • Well-developed computer experience across Microsoft Office Suite e.g. Excel, Office
  • Experience in a HR/Office Administrator or Data Entry role is advantageous but not required
  • Experience working with a HRIS is advantageous but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the knowledge of how to handle highly confidential information and treat employee data with discretion
  • Experience following clear process flows and adopting a streamlined approach to tasks

Responsibilities:

ROLE PURPOSE:

The People and Culture Team is a thriving and award winning team. This role forms part of the P&C Central team and focuses on delivering streamlined, optimal operational processes across Publicis Groupe. It involves working closely with the P&C Central, alongside our agency P&C teams and Centres of Excellence.
It acts as the first point of contact for our employees, providing expert advice and support across the entire employee lifecycle. It also provides support to the agency P&C team on generalist tasks. It reports into the P&C Central Manager and needs attention to the detail and a high orientation around process, documentation & organisation. It supports how we improve and streamline our people processes, whilst gaining exposure to our broader P&C strategy through involvement in ANZ Groupe people platforms and programs.

KEY DUTIES:

The People & Culture Administrator will be driven by a shared inbox where employee queries are centralised.
Your P&C Central Manager will distribute queries to be attended to, along with ad-hoc requests by the P&C team. You’ll also be assigned a Publicis Groupe P&C project, where you’ll form part of a CREW working on exciting and interesting generalist work.
