TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

  • Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 3 years’ experience

Responsibilities:

The purpose of the People & Culture Advisor role is to:

  • Deliver a full range of human resources services to management and employees across the Burbank Group of Companies. This includes recruitment and selection, learning & development, P&C generalist activities / reporting, P&C projects, EAP, compensation and benefits, performance management, administration and providing support to the P&C Manager, P&C team and Payroll.
