Responsibilities:
WHO WOULD SUIT THIS ROLE?
We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, gives attention to detail, and has the ability to adapt to changing priorities. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to problem-solving and should possess discretion and integrity when handling confidential information and situations.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from attraction to appointment, supporting the hiring managers throughout
- Develop recruitment materials and strategies to secure top talent
- Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of relevant HR policies and procedures
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and create insights that enhance employee engagement and improve business performance.
- Build effective working relationships within the business, delivering high-quality professional services
- Delivery of best practice HR expertise, guidance and practical support to people leaders in all aspects of HR management
- Contribute to people & culture projects
- Support the H&S Manager with investigations, reporting and administration
