ACCOUNTABILITIES
- First point of contact for day-to-day operational HR advice to the frontline team
- Partner with Managers to build their leadership capability in the management of their staff
- Draft performance management correspondence (warning letters, termination letters etc)
- Partner with managers to support performance meetings, performance improvement plans, termination meetings, etc
- Attend performance management meetings as a representative of the HR Department to minimise the risk to the business
- Ensure knowledge and working understanding of relevant Awards that govern the business, employment contracts, policies and procedures to support the culture and values of Ingenia
- Keep up to date with any workplace legislation changes and make adjustments and communicate as necessary
- Participate in and help resolve negotiations and dispute resolutions with employees, employer bodies, government agencies and other relevant agencies to ensure employee and employer rights are protected

Responsibilities:
Seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to join the Ingenia team on a 12-month fixed term parental leave contract. This opportunity will work collaboratively with the frontline operations teams, providing end-to-end advisory support on employee relations matters. You will also support the implementation of new people initiatives and provide direct coaching to individual leaders as well as collaborate with internal departments.
This role will see you enjoy working as a part of a close-knit and successful People & Culture team. You will report into Senior Manager People and Safety and work alongside our People and Culture Business Partners and Advisor as well as our dedicated Recruitment, Learning and Development and HR Operations specialists. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual looking to gain exposure to a diverse workforce of both award and corporate employees.
Flexible and hybrid work arrangements with the option of working from home up to two days per week.
