Reporting to the Director, People & Culture Business Partnerships, the People & Culture Business Partner plays a key role in supporting Axonify’s success by partnering with employees and leaders to foster a positive and productive work environment. This role provides guidance and support on a wide range of People & Culture initiatives, including performance management, employee relations, career development, and onboarding. The People & Culture Business Partner will coach employees and leaders, facilitate People & Culture programs, and ensure a smooth and supportive onboarding and offboarding process for employees. This role acts as a champion for Axonify’s values, contributing to a culture of engagement and high performance.
