Please note: All job offers are subject to two successful references, qualifications, ongoing Garda Vetting and a satisfactory pre-employment medical. Salary will be paid at Grade IV on the HSE Consolidated Salary Scales, depending on qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities:
As a strategic partner to assigned services you will align HR initiatives with organisational goals, fostering a positive and productive work environment. You will play a key role in all aspects of HR, with specific focus on the following
Organisational Development & Change Management: Support organisational design and change management initiatives including supporting managers with new service development initiatives, ensuring HR policies and practices are aligned with evolving service offerings.
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with assigned stakeholders to understand their needs and provide expert HR guidance.
Industrial Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with union representatives, lead negotiations, and advise on all aspects of employee relations within a unionised environment.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Provide comprehensive support and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of ER issues, fostering a positive and engaged work environment.
Talent Acquisition & Onboading: Lead recruitment strategies, oversee the full recruitment cycle, and implement effective on boarding programs.
Performance Management & Development: Drive performance management processes, identify training needs, and facilitate team building and leadership development.
Absence Management: Develop and implement absence management policies, monitor trends, and support employee wellbeing.
Leadership: Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to your direct report(s) and managers.
