We are looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to join Business Area Wind’s international Offshore HR team.
Our key task as People&Culture Business Partner at Vattenfall are to work very closely with our leaders in reaching their goals, driving the people agenda for the different departments, participating in leadership discussions and contributing & executing the people and culture and business strategy of BA Wind.
In this position you will report to the People & Culture Head for BU Offshore and you will be part of an international and diverse team of People&Culture Business Partners.
Responsibilities:
- Support Senior P&C Business Partners in driving the HR strategy and act as P&C Business Partner towards a dedicated management team.
- Supporting management team and the Senior P&C Business Partner in tactical P&C related topics and assignments.
- Support and challenge Senior leadership and act as trusted advisor in the development of their organization and their leadership in a rapidly growing business.
- Drive and facilitate the recurring HR annual wheel such as performance management and salary review.
- Works collaboratively with Centers of Expertise, HR Service, Country Partners and other HR Business Partners across the HR function to provide HR solutions to the business. Support and ensure the implementation of new ways of working.
