Responsibilities:
YOU AND THE ROLE
You are someone with experience from a similar role in the fields of project or change management, people and culture, communication, or other related area. Taking the lead and proactively setting things in motion is something you feel comfortable doing.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Communication Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive communication plan for our Nordic organization and our change initiatives, emphasizing our journey toward One Valtech.
- Project Management: Creating the optimal workspace solution with hands-on project management - coordinating logistics, timelines, and stakeholder engagement.
- Cultural Integration: Bridge the gap between distinct business unit cultures, promoting understanding and alignment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Navigating a complex stakeholder landscape across multiple business units and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Change Advocacy: Champion change management principles, addressing resistance and promoting buy-in
