What You’ll Do:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily:
- Recruit and maintain temporary staffing for Mt. Juliet & Nashville
- Oversee employee purchasing program
- Run weekly attendance reports/unexcused time off reports and create memos as needed
- Assist with the manual input of assigned lockers
- Assist with the Worker’s Comp Claim input
- Conduct new hire orientation
- Create new hire packets - Assist with making process digital
- May assist in data entry and auditing to ensure data integrity in various HR systems
- Assist employees as needed with timeclock issues
- Assist employees during open enrollment
- Maintain internal job postings
- Create orders in Accurate for post-accident drug screens
- Enter terminations and leaves in Workday
- Create and maintain personnel files
- Maintain door reader access
- Execute mandatory training videos and collect signed documents
- Assist with all P&C filing and administrative tasks as needed
- Assist with employee benefit questions by working with PRH and corporate benefits team
- Update OSHA log as needed per location
- Generate reports from Kronos to assist with accrual balances, attendance, staffing, etc.
- Ad-hoc requests and projects as directed

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Administrative training required
- Two years of administrative assistant experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills utilizing professional etiquette
- Ability to type efficiently with accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Ability to operate general office equipment
Responsibilities:
