WHAT THE POSITION IS:

We are seeking a People & Culture Coordinator who can leverage their HR experience or knowledge to support the People & Culture team across all functions, while utilizing strong organizational and interpersonal skills to effectively contribute to business services operations. This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in these areas who thrives in a fast-paced environment where critical thinking and problem-solving are key to success. As a People & Culture Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our management and various teams across the organization, ensuring that human resources and business services processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities comprise of handling a wide range of human resources and administrative functions, including but not limited to performing recruitment activities, managing onboarding and offboarding, leading payroll submissions, verifications, reporting, managing benefits administration, and maintaining meticulous records and ensuring quality control and confidentiality of both paper and electronic files.
Additionally, you will support business services by assisting in the coordination of company events and meetings, including the set-up of audio-visual equipment, office arrangement, and catering requests. Additionally in business services, you will be responsible for ensuring the office is maintained and organized, providing administrative support, owning the inventory management process of supplies, and supporting reporting needs.
You will be a go-to resource for staff inquiries on your areas of responsibility, utilizing your strong communication skills to provide clear and accurate responses on a variety of topics, including benefits, payroll, and organizational policies, ensuring that employees feel supported and informed. Additionally, your relationship management and interpersonal skills will be crucial as you work with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
