These positions are designed for individuals who are self-motivated and excel with limited supervision. While the roles encompass various activities associated with the people & culture aspect of our business, the main emphasis will be on effectively managing site recruitment activities and providing regional payroll support through Kronos.
Responsibilities:
- Timecard Management
- Recruitment activities (including co-ordination of advertising, shortlisting, interviews, appointments, aptitude testing, reference checks, clothing issues, document compliance etc)
- Site based P&C functions for example; school engagement, employee query resolution.
- Administration - drafting & issuing contracts, employee filing.
