As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and passionate individual to join us as a People & Culture Executive.
As a People & Culture Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the team members’ experience and fostering a culture of excellence within our hotel. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent, while also ensuring that our company values and culture are upheld at every level.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive organisational change.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS system.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the hotel. Develop innovative sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.
  • Onboarding & Orientation: Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure that new hires are integrated smoothly into the organisation and equipped with the knowledge and resources they need to succeed.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of training programs to enhance colleagues’ skills and performance. Collaborate with department heads to create career development plans for team members.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to team members and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Address colleague’s concerns and conduct investigations when necessary, ensuring a fair and respectful work environment for all.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and recognition programs. Provide coaching and feedback to managers and team members to support their professional growth and development.
  • Culture & Engagement: Champion our company values and culture initiatives, organising team events, activities, and recognition programs to foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Monitor colleague’s satisfaction and engagement levels and implement strategies to enhance morale and retention.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate colleague records and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations. Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks as needed.
