QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in an HR Generalist role required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and knowledge of HR-related legislation, including the Ontario Employment Standards Act (ESA), Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC), etc.

ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a People & Culture (P&C) Generalist with a passion for people, systems and processes to join our Company! You will be an integral member of the team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager, P&C, and supporting the VP (and future Talent Acquisition Lead) to achieve strategic initiatives, department objectives and successfully meet the day-to-day P&C needs of the organization. As the Generalist, you will support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, and everything in between, while working in an evolving & fast-paced environment.
