Description:
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PEOPLE & CULTURE (HR) MANAGER
Two years of People Management experience (managing at least two people)
Significant experience of recruiting large numbers of team members
Experience of ensuring a large workforce is really engaged
Good computer literacy, including spreadsheets and word documents
Undergraduate degree
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS FOR PEOPLE & CULTURE (HR) MANAGER
Experience of overseeing and managing the costs of a large workforce
Knowledge of human resources procedures
Proven track record of improving team engagement levels and reducing team turnover
I will have some recruitment marketing and branding skills
Responsibilities:
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PEOPLE & CULTURE (HR) MANAGER
You will be responsible for overseeing the Recruitment, Onboarding, Engagement and Human Resources services provided by the Jasmine Support Hub (JSH) to all of Jasmine’s care homes.
You will be responsible for ensuring that Jasmine is always fully resourced and has industry beating levels of engagement and team retention
You will be responsible for leading and motivating your three direct line supports in the People Team
